Custom pools take approximately 1-3 months to get permits and from 4-12 months to build depending on the complexity of the build and space.

Prices range from $237 SqFt to $325 SqFt

PLANNING STAGE

  1. Preplanning- Verify with City setbacks and what your able to build. (1-7 Days)

  2. Architectrual Plans (2-3 weeks)

  3. Engineering (1-2 weeks)

  4. Soils Report- The city usually request this for most pools. (1-2 Weeks)

  5. Plan Submittal (1-3 Months)

POOL CONSTRUCTION

  1. Excavation (1-3 Days)

  2. Main drain plumbing at deep end & spa drain (1 Day)

  3. Rebar install (1-2 Days)

  4. Finish rough plumbing & test (1-3 Days)

  5. Electrical rough in (1-3 Days)

  6. City Inspection (1 Day)

  7. Make Any Necessary Corrections (1-3 Days)

  8. Site Walk with Owner prior to Shot-Crete (2 Days)

  9. Shot Crete  Installation (1 Day)

  10. Deputy inspector onsite during Shot-Crete (Same Day as Shot-Crete)

  11. Shot-Crete Curing Process (20 Days)

  12. Sewer line P-Trap Connection (2 Days)

  13. Copping Installation (4 Days)

  14. Tile Installation (4 Days)

  15. Exterior Walls etc.

  16. Call for inspection for any Sewer drains or anything prior to backfill of perimeter trenches

  17. Backfill & Compaction

  18. Pool decking and Hardscape (TBD on Days)

  19. Plaster or Pebble Install

  20. Gate Retrofitting

  21. Alarm Retrofitting for safety

  22. MISC pickup work.
