• Complete Plan Set ranges from $15-$25 Sqft. This is Non-Refundable if you choose not to

• Average Construction Fees Range from $350-$600 Sqft depending on finishes. Our High end builds range from $700-$1,000 Sqft.

• Hardscape & Softscape ranges from $30-$60 Sqft.
